I’ve lost my ticket, what are my options?

For all concerts other than the Mother’s Day Season Finale, please contact the Symphony office at 530-823-6683. We will send you an email with a link to your tickets.

For the Mother’s Day Season Finale, please contact the Mondavi Box Office.

What if I’m not able to use a ticket I’ve purchased?

Our patrons can always donate their ticket to the Symphony, which gives us the ability to resell the ticket. You will receive a donation letter from the Symphony in 1-2 weeks. Please contact the Symphony Office.

Can I get a refund for tickets I’ve purchased?

Tickets are nonrefundable unless a concert is canceled.

Can I exchange my tickets for another concert?

You can exchange your tickets for the same concert on a different day if seats are available. Please contact the Symphony Office.

For all concerts other than the Mother’s Day Season Finale, you can exchange your tickets for a different concert within the current concert season if seats are available. Please contact the Symphony Office.

Can I purchase tickets at the concert?

Yes, you can purchase tickets at the concert venue for all concerts except the Mother’s Day Season Finale if seats are available. We accept cash, check, or credit cards. For Mother’s Day Season Finale Tickets, please contact the Mondavi Box Office for information.

What if I want to buy tickets for a concert and it is sold out? Is there a waitlist?

Yes, we maintain a waitlist for any performance that has sold out. If seats become available, the Symphony Office will text or call you. To be added to a waitlist contact the Symphony Office.
