We partner with the Placer Artists Tour and the Auburn Arts Commission to bring an outdoor visual & performing arts event with something for everyone. Bring a blanket, low-back chairs and a special picnic, stake out your spot on the lawn or on the oak-studded hillside and wander through the park at your leisure. Enjoy local artist exhibits and meet the artists in-person from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. River Sisters In Harmony‘s drum circle kicks off the music at Stan Padilla’s stone sculpture from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, the Placer County Youth Orchestra performs from 6:00 to 6:40 pm and the Auburn Symphony takes the stage from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

We encourage you to bring your own picnic! In addition, Old Town Pizza will be serving up slices and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase, and the Auburn Arts Commission will continue their refreshing & complimentary snow cone station, or you can order an exclusive Auburn Symphony picnic box from the Auburn BriarPatch Deli!

Portable restrooms and handwashing stations are available adjacent to the small parking lot off College Way.

Our Volunteer Village “Flashlight Brigade” will light your way on the stairs and bridges as you exit.
